CPI or ProAct Certification

 CPI or ProAct: Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training is a behavior management system that teaches simple skills for assessing, managing, and responding to risk behavior at work. The focus is on verbal de-escalation, prevention, and early intervention. Safe physical intervention options are also taught, to be used only as a last resort.  If you are doing any behavior modification or you are vendored for any Level 4 home through the Regional Center, this class is a requirement pursuant to Title 17.  


Our goal is to offer trained, certified and capable AM, PM, holiday and live-in staff. We hope to serve you by eliminating issues of inept staff and the high turn over that many facilities encounter. C.A.S., Inc. understands that a facility’s license, reputation and standing are as fragile as its weakest employee. We created this service not only to reduce the risk and liability, but also to offer the quality care clients/consumers deserve. 


As a general service agency, we select the most qualified individuals to cover your facility with Administrator placements and professional positions together with facility managers, clerical support, labor and direct care staff. This service is offered at a 

one-time placement fee. 


We also offer respite staffing. In the event that you have a staff that is on maternity leave, out on medical leave or you yourself need a little rest and relaxation, we offer temporary staffing. C.A.S., Inc.'s staff are licensed Administrators, certified in first aid & CPR, they are fingerprinted, have CPI or ProAct,  have current health screening and T.B. test and have Year I and/or Year II DSP. 

Curb Appeal


This service is totally Title 22 and CCL compliant and offers File Maintenance, Home Repair, Home Maintenance, Yard Work, Debris Removal and Disposal, Interior Design and House Cleaning. Prior to your annual inspection, our staff will come out and see to it that not only is your facility up to code but also that your files and records are maintained. We will paint, repair holes, repair drywall, do deep Spring-cleaning, clean carpets, prep. and outfit new facilities for your pre-licensing visit, replace smoke detectors, windows, screens, base board repair, light roofing, exterior painting and more - leaving no stone unturned.  

First Aid and CPR CErtification

FIRST AID: Prepare for the unexpected with first aid training from via the American Red Cross. Developed and taught by experts, our convenient, affordable courses can help your organization become OSHA, CCLD and Regional Center compliant – and empower your team to provide care when it's needed most. With  our best-in-class blended Simulation Learning, we offer training that's designed to suit your schedule and your learning style. 

CPR:  Expert training. OSHA, CCLD and Regional Center compliant. If you need CPR training to satisfy your mandated job requirement or you just want to know how to keep your clients/consumers and loved ones safe, the American Red Cross certified courses are designed to ensure that you get the latest information, and quality instruction. The option to choose from online or in-person courses, or take a blended Simulation Learning class that combines online learning with hands-on, in-person instruction, we have a Red Cross CPR class for the way you learn best.
